Petpal started as small local business in a small town in Cebu Philippines. It was founded on 2006 by Jay-An Mae Puerto, a girl who really loves pets. During the first year of PetPal, we only sold dogs to neighboring towns. After 2 years, We began to offer our services to the whole Philippines. The year 2012, many ventures capital invest to the company with great amount of money. With the help of the money invested, We starts to grow and now provide our services to the whole Asia.
